Background
A few years ago, the City of Edmonton moved it’s large event stadium and many surrounding businesses to the downtown core. They are working on a plan to redevelop the previous stadium site, called the Exhibition Lands, now that much of the event traffic has been moved and there is a large amount of unoccupied land.

Challenge
The team working on this project was in need of a website that, firstly, communicated the draws of this area to potential developers, and secondly the City's plans to residents of the area. They wanted to showcase drone footage of the site and feature interactive maps of the future plans for the area.

Solution
For this project, I used Webflow, a no-code web builder that allowed us to design and build a fully custom website with the interactive features they were looking for without having to hire an external developer. I worked with content provided by the client and structured it into pages with engaging headings, graphics, information, and calls to action.
See the live site in action at exhibitionlands.ca. This project was created at Sticks & Stones.
