I start by understanding your organization and its origins, your goals for the project, and the context that will shape it. We'll have a kickoff meeting to dig into the details, followed by any research the project calls for: competitor analysis, reference gathering, or an audit of your existing site.

With context from discovery, I shape the structure of the site. This means a sitemap (the hierarchy of pages), wireframes (skeleton sketches that establish layout before any visual design), and a content plan that identifies what's needed for each page. We'll also lock in technical decisions — platform, integrations, CMS structure — so the design and build have a clear foundation.

With strategy in place, I move into designing key pages and components, establishing the typography, colour, imagery, and interactions that will define the site. We'll review designs together in rounds, refining until you're confident about how the site will look and behave.

Once designs are approved, I build the site in Webflow, making it responsive across devices, structured with a clean CMS, and refined with the interactions that bring it to life. I'll share staging links throughout so you can preview progress and flag anything before launch.

Before going live, I run a thorough QA pass, testing across browsers and devices, checking forms, integrations, and accessibility. We'll also walk through the Webflow Editor so you and your team feel confident managing content. Once we're live, I’m available to make sure everything is running smoothly.
